Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the sales team by supervising
notivating, and guiding them toward goal achievement
* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships anc
ensure customer satisfaction
* Evaluate sales team performance and implement
improvements.
* Manage and monitor sales budgets effectively
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of proven experience as a Sales Line Manager
* Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and
coach a team
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersona
skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint
* Valid driving license
